Once your order is submitted it will be reviewed by our staff during office hours before being processed. This is to ensure that important details are not missing and/or the any eligibility criteria that need to be verified have been checked and everything is completed correctly for you. Sometimes there are more cost effective ways to order products – in which case we may contact you before processing your order to discuss those options.

The following information about web order may also be useful.

Delivery Time
Orders for electronically distributed products (download) are generally fulfilled within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
Orders for physical, boxed products can take between 1 – 5 business days, depending on stock and availability.
Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays are processed as a priority on the next business day.
