the following policy will help you understand how MicroWay collects,
uses, and safeguards the personal information you provide on
our website.
Information Collection
MicroWay does collect information about you at various times.
Mandatory Information: When we provide you with a
service, we need various information such as your contact details
and various preferences such as type of compiler used, operating
system, number of users, etc. This information is necessary
for us to provide you with the appropriate service.
Non-mandatory Information: Another type of information
that we gather is information that does not personally identify
you. This information is used to monitor and improve our service
and performance. Specific or aggregate information may be collected
to help maintain accurate accounts, assist in marketing our
products and services and to help make our web site useful to
you. For example, our server recognises your domain name and
the pages that you visit. This data is gathered in an aggregate
manner for quality control and improvement of our sites.

language preferences, type of application being developed, number
of developers, etc).

If you provide us with your email or postal address, or have
done so in the past, we will ask you if we can use it to send
you updates on the latest MicroWay products and promotions.
MicroWay will not sell or rent your personally identifiable
information to anyone. All your personal details are kept strictly
confidential; and the information you provide will only be shared
with a third party if: a) your consent to do so has been provided,
or b) to comply with legal processes.
You may choose to alter your contact
details or be removed from our mailing list at any time, by
emailing your preferences to info@microway.com.au
At times we may request that you voluntarily supply us with
personal information, such as your email address and postal
address, for purposes such as corresponding with us, registering
at a site, making a purchase, entering a sweepstakes, or participating
in an online survey. We may use information that you have given
us to learn more about our customers so that we can develop
better products and services. We may also use the information
to inform you about new products, services, and offers that
may be of interest to you. These offers may be based on information
you provided in your initial transaction with us or in surveys.
However, we do not share your profile with anyone else outside
of MicroWay without your consent, and no one else can access
your information.
Like many other commercial websites, the MicroWay website
may use a cookie. For example, some MicroWay forms use cookies
to save you from re-entering your contact information each time
you use a form. Instead your contact information is stored in
a cookie on your computer. The next time you visit a MicroWay
form, your contact information will fill the form (except credit
card details). However, you can disable cookies within your
browser if you wish and doing so will simply mean you will need
to re-enter your contact details each time you use one of our
forms.
Declining Email Offers
MicroWay provides customers with an easy means to decline
to receive email offers. Although most customers tell us they
appreciate receiving notice of these opportunities, we recognise
the importance of providing you with choices. At any time, you
may request to discontinue receiving these offers from us by
simply replying to the email and informing us of your preferences.
All email offers that you receive from MicroWay will tell you
how to decline further email offers.

unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the
appropriate use of information, we have put in place physical,
electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure
the information you provide to us online. However, while we
strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure
the security of the information you transmit to us. In this
regard, we urge you to take every precaution to protect your
personal data while you are on the Internet. At a minimum, we
encourage you to change your passwords often, using a combination
of letters and numbers, and make sure that you are using a secure

with MicroWay's Pricing Policies.
Warranties
To the extent that the software licensed to you by our Licensors
pursuant to the respective End User Licence Agreements comes
with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law you are entitled to (i) a replacement or refund
for a major failure and, subject to the limitation below, compensation
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage (ii) you
are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if
the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does
not amount to a major failure.
Those non-excluable guarantees are limited to in the case
of goods/software to (a) the replacement of the goods/software
or the supply of equivalent goods/software; (b) the repair of
the goods/software; (c) the payment of the cost of replacing
the goods/software or of acquiring equivalent goods/software;
(d) the payment of the cost of having the goods/software repaired
and in the case of services/software (a) the supplying of the
services/software again; or (b) the payment of the cost of having
the services/software supplied again.
Some products are licensed with additional warranties to
those that you are entitled to at law. In relation to those
warranties:
- those warranties are offered by
the respective Licensors whose business addresses in Australia

3195, PO Box 84 BRAESIDE VIC 3195, Phone 1300 553 313;
- to make a claim under those warranties
you should email info@microway.com.au with details of the
claim/fault;
- no expenses are payable in relation
to such a claim other than as expressly provided in the
respective End User Licence Agreement;
- the warranty period for such claims
is that set out in the respective End User Licence Agreements.
